FORUM HEALTH Leadership changes

Dr. Keith Ghezzi, who for two years has led the financial turnaround effort at Forum Health as its president and chief executive officer, will leave his post Friday. The new Forum Health leadership team:

Lowell Johnson, president and chief executive officer for Forum Health and the Western Reserve Care System (Northside Medical Center, Youngstown), effective Saturday.

Todd Hickey, interim president and chief executive officer for Forum Health Trumbull Memorial Hospital in Warren, effective March 8.

Lisa M. Medovich, senior vice president and chief financial officer of Forum Health and Western Reserve Care System.

Michael Cicchillo, vice president of external affairs.
