Changes made at Forum Health

As part of its two-year financial turnaround effort, Forum Health has divested itself of some of its properties and units and closed others. The changes include:

June 2007: Tod Children’s Hospital, closed.

September 2007: Beeghly Medical Park in Boardman, sold.

November 2007: Beeghly Oaks long-term care facility in Boardman, sold.

December 2007: Youth Behavioral Medicine Services in-patient unit at Northside Medical Center, closed.

January 2008: Youth Behavioral Medicine Services unit at Northside, closed.
