Weather scraps Contract With the Community session

YOUNGSTOWN — The signing of a “Contract With the Community” by representatives of the city, Youngstown State University and the city school board scheduled for 6 p.m. today at West Elementary School has been postponed because of inclement weather. The event has been rescheduled for 3 p.m. Monday. The city school board meeting set for 6:30 p.m. today at West Elementary has also been canceled because of the weather.
