Water mail will shut off in Austintown

AUSTINTOWN — A water main serving 12 homes on Ayrshire Drive and one on Edinburg Drive will be shut down from 9 a.m. to about noon Wednesday while workers from Foust Excavating work nearby on a storm sewer project.

Homes affected include 3706, 3718, 3763, 3730, 3742, 3756, 3760, 3772, 3779, 3784, 3785, and 3791 Ayrshire Drive and 3764 Edinburg Drive, the Youngstown Water Department says.

Actual work on the water main will not be taking place, so a boil notice is not necessary. For more information, call 330-742-8765.
