Southington wins, JFK boys fall in Division IV

Windham defeated Warren JFK, 65-60, and Southington advanced with an 82-79 win over Fairport Harbor in the boys Division IV district basketball semifinals at Warren Harding Tuesday night.

Nick Brown scored 20 points for JFK, which finished its season with a 9-13 record.

Trey Tietz scored 28 points to lead Southington (18-4), which will play Windham (18-4) in the district championship game Friday night.
