Thirty-three people were indicted Friday, including two secretly. They will be arraigned at 2 p.m. Feb. 29 before Judge Andrew Logan of Trumbull County Common Pleas Court. Those indicted and the charges against them are:

Charles Kohut, 40, of Howland, pleaded guilty before Judge Wyatt McKay to driving under the influence; pre-sentence investigation ordered.
