F.N.B. executives to ring stock market closing bell
HERMITAGE, Pa. —¬†Stephen Gurgovits, chairman and chief executive of F.N.B. Corp., and other company executives will ring the closing bell on the New York Stock Exchange today. They will be celebrating the company’s fifth anniversary of being listed on the exchange. A live Webcast of the event will be available beginning at 3:55 p.m. at www.fnbcorporation.com.
Also, F.N.B.’s board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of 24 cents a share. The dividend is payable on March 15 to shareholders of record as March 3. F.N.B. is the parent company of First National Bank of Pennsylvania.
First Niles Financial declares cash dividends
NILES —¬†First Niles Financial has declared a cash dividend of 16 cents a share on its common stock and 17 cents a share on its preferred class A stock. The dividends are payable March 21 to shareholders of record as of March 7. First Niles is the parent company of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles.
