Phone problems plague Columbiana Co. Courthouse

LISBON — The Columbiana County Courthouse is experiencing phone problems that began earlier today.

Calls to some offices ring with no response.

Workers in some offices, including the Clerk of Courts Office, were having problems with their computers in the morning.

The county’s Web site, www.columbianacounty.org, is working.
