Black elected officials will be honored Feb. 27

YOUNGSTOWN —The Youngstown-Warren Black Caucus and The Mahoning County Democratic Party will honor Black History Month on Feb. 27 with a tribute to black elected officials of the Mahoning Valley. Youngstown Mayor Jay Williams will be the keynote speaker at the event, to be at 6 p.m. at the Rosetta Stone Cafe, 110 W. Federal St. Tickets are $25 and will include appetizers.
