SUSPICIOUS BLAZE: Austintown Township Fire Department is investigating the Feb. 2 fire at Papa John’s Pizza on South Raccoon Road as a possible arson. An investigator said it appears an accelerant was used to start the blaze. Water and smoke damage throughout the Teri Mar Plaza has kept the five businesses in the plaza closed since the fire.
