XGirard High School Athletic Boosters will meet at 8 p.m. Wednesday in the high school cafeteria.

XFriends of Austintown Branch of the Youngstown Mahoning Library will meet at 10 a.m. Monday at the library meeting room. The speaker will be Carlton Sears, director of all the public libraries in Mahoning County, who will discuss the state of county libraries. The free meeting is open to the public.
