Warren will lift snow emergency designation at 6 p.m.

WARREN – The snow emergency that prohibits parking on all city streets will be lifted at 6 p.m. today. The emergency was imposed at 6 p.m. Tuesday by city Safety-Service Director William “Doug” Franklin.
