CANFIELD

Feb. 8

Drugs: A 24-year-old Canfield man, a passenger in a car driven by a 23 year-old Youngstown man, was arrested for drug abuse, drug paraphernalia after police found a multicolored glass pipe on him and six grams of marijuana. The driver was arrested for drug abuse after police found marijuana on him.

Feb. 9

Arrest: Police arrested a 20-year-old New Castle, Pa., man for carrying a concealed weapon after they found a 6-inch combat knife on him during a traffic stop.

AUSTINTOWN TOWNSHIP

Feb. 4

Identity theft: Someone opened a charge account using the victim’s name in the 5000 block of Tarrytown Lane.

Theft: Equipment, including two snow plows, a trailer and scrap metal were stolen a garage at a home on North Four Mile Run Road.

Theft: A trailer plate was stolen at Little Joe’s Car Wash, 1105 N. Niles-Canfield Road.

Fraud: Fraudulent credit charges were made at an apartment in the 4000 block of Woodhurst Boulevard.

Attempted breaking and entering: A rear window was pried open at a home in the 1000 block of Woodhurst Drive.

Feb. 5

Harassment: A man was a victim of harassment at a home in the 3000 block of Staatz Drive.

Lost or stolen license plate: A dealer plate was reported missing.

Theft: A credit card was stolen at the Icehouse, 5516 W. Webb Road.

Feb. 6

Identity fraud: A Social Security check was stolen at a home in the 3000 block of Tall Oaks Lane.

Telephone harassment: A male suspect is accused of harassing residents of a home in the 700 block of Wilcox Road.

Criminal damaging: Two tires were cut at Quaker Manufacturing, 204 N. Four Mile Run Road.

Feb. 8

Theft: Items from an auto parked in the 200 block of North Roanoke Avenue.

Property damage: A shopping cart damaged a parked vehicle in the parking lot at Marc’s, 4755 Mahoning Ave.

Arrest: A Canfield woman was being arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence in the 90 block of Ohltown Road.

Theft: A woman was arrested for theft at Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Theft: An XBox 360 was stolen from a home in the 3000 block of Monaca Avenue.

Criminal damaging: A vehicle mirror was damaged at a home in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Drive.

Identity theft: Charges were made on a debit card totaling $761.65 in North Dakota and Thailand. The card owner resides in the 5000 block of London Drive.

Aggravated menacing: Telephone threats were being made to a home in the 3000 block of Ayrshire Drive.

Theft: A $100 bill was stolen from a purse at ITT, 1030 N. Meridian Road.

Theft: Two jackets were stolen at DOTS, 6000 Mahoning Ave.

Breaking and entering: Entry was gained through the west door and a telephone was taken at B&E Automotive Specialists, 168 S. Meridian Road.

Theft: $25 in gasoline was stolen at Pilot Oil, 1150 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Theft: Software was stolen from Wal-Mart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Drug offense: A Youngstown man was issued a summons for possession of marijuana in the 3000 block of Oakwood Avenue.

Drug offense: An Austintown man was arrested for displaying a false emblem of a law enforcement unit and possession of four Viagra prescription pills in an unmarked bottle, which were confiscated at Yorktown Lane and Fair Meadow Drive.

Personal injury: A man fell from scaffolding while doing ceiling work at a construction site in the 5000 block of West Webb Road.

Assault: A man was the victim of an assault at Wedgewood Lanes, 1741 S. Raccoon Road.

Theft: Three AT&T cell phones were stolen from a home in the 100 block of Carnegie Avenue.

Criminal damaging: Three tires were cut at a home in the 4000 block of Deer Creek Drive.

Drug offense: An Austintown man attempted to buy drugs on the Internet at a home in the 100 block of Westminister Avenue.

Theft: A National City Bank card and U.S. currency were stolen from a home in the 6000 block of Ridgeview Drive.

Breaking and entering: Several items were taken from a fenced-in area, and two trucks were entered at Fyda Freightliner, 5260 Seventy-Six Drive.

Assault: Five men were involved in an assault at Go Go Girls, 5455 Clarkins Drive.

Theft: A brown bag with an Ohio license in it was stolen from an auto in the 5000 block of Mahoning Avenue.
