Navy center changes command

Navy Lt. Cmdr. Fredrick S. Vincenzo, a 1993 graduate of the Naval Academy, took change of the Navy Operational Support Center at the Youngstown Air Reserve Station in Vienna during a change of command ceremony Saturday.

He replaced Lt. Cmdr. Brad Davidson, also a 1993 Naval Academy graduate, who is deploying to Afghanistan. Vincenzo, a St. Louis, Mo., native, comes here from the U.S. Forces Korea Staff in Seoul, Korea, where he worked in the Maritime Operations and Plans section.
