Minnie Bryant, John Taylor to be married
X YOUNGSTOWN —Announcing their engagement and plans for their upcoming marriage are Minnie (Rosie) Thompson Bryant, 815 Colonial Drive, and John James Taylor, 3190 Fifth Ave.
The bride-elect is a daughter of Minnie B. Thompson of Youngstown and the late Charlie Thompson, and the prospective groom is a son of Mary A. Taylor of Youngstown, and the late Reed Taylor.
The couple will exchange nuptial vows in an open ceremony they have planned for 4 p.m. April 12 at Christian Revival and Discipleship Center and their reception will be held by invitation that evening at The Georgetown, Boardman.
The bride-to-be is a district director of clinical operations with Kindred Healthcare Corp. of Louisville, Ky. She holds an associate degree, a bachelor’s degree in nursing and a master’s in education from Youngstown State University and a bachelor’s in Biblical studies from International College of Bible Theology. She is pursuing a doctorate in business and technology at Capella University.
The future groom is an inspector with First Energy in Youngstown.
