Raid on Butler, Pa., home yields 410 guns
PITTSBURGH (AP) — Federal agents seized hundreds of guns and thousands of rounds of ammunition from a convicted felon’s home, and charged him with illegally selling firearms.
Agents seized 410 guns and the ammunition from Curt P. Radovich’s home in Butler on Thursday. Radovich, 39, was charged with illegally possessing the weapons and ammo, and with illegally selling the guns to a felon and others without a license.
Special Agent John Hageman, spokesman for the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms office in Philadelphia, said the seizure was one of the largest ever in Pennsylvania.
State court records show Radovich has a criminal record dating to 1988. He was convicted of aggravated assault in Butler County in 1991.
