Flooding has closed state Route 46 just south of Niles

MINERAL RIDGE — State Route 46 is closed just south of Niles because of flooding. The area affected is between Salt Springs Road and McKees Lane, according to Joseph Consiglio, chief of the Weathersfield Township Police Department.
