Christine Godward, Christopher Green will marry in May

X POLAND — Thom and Janet Godward, 1877 Oles Ave., Poland, announce the engagement of their daughter, Christine Godward, and Christopher Green, both of 333 Iris Trail Drive, Columbus. He is the son of Steven Green of Columbus and Doreen Holdren of Columbus.

Invitations will be extended for the ceremony, planned for 4:30 p.m. May 31 at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Columbus, and for a reception at The Columbus Renaissance afterward.

The bride-to-be graduated from Ohio University in Athens with a bachelor’s degree in environmental biology and geography. She earned a master’s degree in city and regional planning at Ohio State University and works as healthy places coordinator for the Columbus Public Health Department.

The prospective groom is manager of network engineering for Innova Partners in Columbus.
