CARD/BINGO PARTIES
• Daughters of Sts. Peter and Paul Church will hold a bingo and card party at 2 p.m. Sunday at the church hall, 421 Covington St., Youngstown. Tickets are $4 for adults and $2 for children.
FUNDRAISERS
• Mount Olivet United Church of Christ, 410 W. South Range Road, North Lima, will hold an annual Shrove Tuesday pancake and sausage supper from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday. A donation will be accepted. For more information, call (330) 549-2169.
NIGHTS AT THE RACES
• St. Joseph the Provider Church, 633 Porter Ave., Campbell, will hold a Night at the Races on Saturday. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m. and races will begin at 7. Admission is $10 and includes the purchase of a horse. There will be door prizes, games and free refreshments. Patrons must be 21 to be admitted. • Salvation Army Thrift Store in Austin Center, Mahoning Avenue, Austintown, is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday. A variety of men’s, women’s and children’s clothing and bric-a-brac is available at bargain prices.
SPECIAL EVENTS
• Martin Luther Lutheran Church Women will hold a Valentine Luncheon at noon Feb. 17 in the church hall, 420 Clearmount Drive, Youngstown. A lunch of salad, pasta, beverage and dessert will be served. Guest speaker will be the Rev. Kathryn Adams, and pianist Jason Volovar will perform. Advance tickets are required, and the deadline is Feb. 12. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased after the service Sunday or at the church office. • Tri-State Federal Credit Union Relay for Life is sponsoring a bus trip to New York City. Departure will be at 11:30 p.m. April 11 from the rear parking lot at the Giant Eagle in Calcutta.
