Struthers man charged with gross sexual imposition

YOUNGSTOWN — Police arrested a Struthers man after a 12-year-old girl said he made her drink alcohol and touched her inappropriately.

Jerry Dallas, 52, of East Midlothian Boulevard was expected to be video arraigned in municipal court Tuesday on charges of gross sexual imposition, three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and two counts of aggravated menacing. He was arrested Sunday evening on the South Side.

Police were sent to the area of Sheridan Road/Meadowbrook Avenue around 8 p.m. when the girl’s mother located the red Pontiac Dallas was driving. The 12-year-old girl, her brother, 14, and his girlfriend, 13, had been in the car, police said. Dallas was described as a boyfriend of the 13-year-old girl’s mother.
