Fire destroys Youngstown house

YOUNGSTOWN — A street department crew had to salt icy Joseph Street so that firefighters could access 607 Joseph, a vacant two-story house intentionally set on fire around 2 a.m. Sunday, reports show. Damage to the property was listed as $2,500, a total loss.
