The Vindicator mistakenly published the photograph of this man on Page B1 of Friday’s Vindicator under the headline “Pa. man found guilty in ’01 shooting.” The man pictured is not the one described in the headline or the article that it accompanied, and he has no link to the matter about which that article reported. By coincidence, the man pictured has the same first and last name as the one described in the article and headline. The Vindicator apologizes for the mistake.
