Canfield man killed in Weathersfield crash

WEATHERSFIELD — A Canfield man died Monday morning after losing control of his vehicle.

Donald Ditullio Jr., 28, was driving a 1996 Oldsmobile Bravada west on Salt Springs Road in Weathersfield Township just before 4 a.m. when the accident occurred.

The Warren Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said Ditullio took a curve too sharply, causing his vehicle to hit a ditch off to the right of the road. The SUV then traveled back left, overturning multiple times.

Police said he was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the vehicle.

The accident is under investigation by the patrol.
