10 killed on Ohio roads in holiday crashes, patrol says


COLUMBUS — The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported 10 people were killed over the Christmas holiday weekend in traffic crashes on Ohio roads, compared to 14 people killed during the same period last year. Four of the 10 fatalities were related to impaired drivers, compared to seven of the 14 fatalities last year. The traffic data was collected from 6 p.m. last Wednesday until 11:59 p.m. Sunday.
