Notebook: Steelers have won last 10 in series and 16 of 17, with Cleveland failing to score more than seven points five times during 10-game losing streak. Browns’ last win was 33-13 in Pittsburgh in 2003. ... Cleveland has lost five in row, scoring only 31 points — none on touchdowns by offense. Their last 30 points on offense have come on field goals. Their last offensive TD came on Jerome Harrison’s 72-yard run with 14:47 remaining in fourth quarter of 29-27 win at Buffalo on Nov. 17.
