Poland 54, Chaney 50

POLAND — Lauren Tadla scored 23 points, including 10 in the third quarter, as Poland came from behind in the second half. Chaney led at the half, 26-22, but Poland outscored the Cowgirls 17-9 in the third period. Tadla also grabbed 13 rebounds. Missy Haug added 12 points and Lenanna Yeager 11 to aid Poland (4-4). Alyssa Sykes tallied 13 points and Shaquila Lawson 11 to pace Chaney (4-3).

Mooney 71, Youngstown Christian 47

YOUNGSTOWN — Dominique Zordich registered 14 points and Ellena Andino 13 for Mooney (2-5), which jumped to a 36-15 halftime advantage at home. Sara Bell and Kristi Cooper scored 13 points each for Youngstown Christian (1-7).

Warren Harding 58, Fitch 39

WARREN — The Falcons (3-4) fell behind 32-19 by intermission. Mariah Snowden scored a game-high 14 points for Fitch. Brianna McCurdy led Warren Harding with 12 points.

Howland 58, Chardon 51

HOWLAND — Kelly Barzak scored eight of her 22 points in the fourth quarter as the Tigers outscored Chardon 19-9 to take control. Erika Nites added 12 points and Jessica Wilson had nine assists for the Tigers (6-0), who led by as many as 17 in the fourth quarter. Katie Collins scored 18 points to lead Chardon (1-4).

Hubbard 62, Lakeview 60

HUBBARD — Cara Julian scored 20 points, including 12 in the first half as the Eagles (4-5, 1-1 All-American Conference White) built a 33-25 lead. Paige Seech added 13 points, Allie DeLuco scored 11 and Brittany Bullock 10 for Hubbard. Mackenzie Palette scored 19 points for the Bulldogs (3-5, 0-1). Casey Watson added 13 points and Jessica Downs had 12 for Lakeview.

South Range 48, Western Reserve 42

NORTH LIMA — The Raiders (5-2) got balanced scoring in their non-league win. Patty Schuster and Ellen Stoffer scored nine points each for South Range, which led 26-12 at halftime. Gab Naples added seven points. Melissa Burkey scored 10 points to lead Reserve (2-5).

Struthers 56, Lowellville 30

STRUTHERS — The Wildcats (5-4) led 32-18 after three quarters. Dana Mathews took scoring honors for Struthers with 22 points. Jamie Hynes led Lowellville (4-2) with 10.

Lisbon 61, Wellsville 23

LISBON — The Blue Devils (6-0) were in command 28-12 at intermission. Megan Reynolds and Abbey Brammer paced Lisbon with 17 and 15 points, respectively. Mikayla Tipton led the Tigers (1-6) with 10 points.

Maplewood 49, East Palestine 27

EAST PALESTINE — Ellie Engstrom led the Rockets (7-2) with 19 points and she grabbed eight rebounds. Michelle Sloan added 17 points and she had six assists. Brittany Rumple finished with 12 points. Lindsey Gatchel paced the Bulldogs (1-5) with eight points and Kali George had five rebounds.

Crestview 60, LaBrae 38

NEW WATERFORD — The Rebels (7-2) rushed out to a 37-15 halftime lead. Chelsea Bowker scored 19 points, grabbed nine rebounds and had five steals for Crestview. Marissa Newbauer added 15 points and she had eight rebounds. Courtney Aldridge scored nine points and pulled down 10 rebounds for LaBrae. (1-7).

Beaver Local 49, Champion 39

EAST LIVERPOOL — Macy Weber had 14 points, Sam Cianni 13 and Briana Riccardi 10 to lead Beaver Local (7-2). Cianni and Weber also had seven rebounds apiece. Weber also had four assists. Erika Stevens scored 17 points, Jessica Nicholas 10 for Champion.

Mathews 51, Girard 44

VIENNA — Emily Culp led Mathews with 24 points while Julie Wise grabbed nine rebounds and Lindsay Buckner had nine assists. Chelsea Guerrieri led the Indians (1-7) with 17 points, while Katelynne Brainard added 15 rebounds and Melissa Weitzman had eight assists.

BOYS

Mountain State Academy (W. Va.) 90, Campbell 65

IRONTON — West Virginia University recruit Noah Cottrill scored 28 points to lead Mountain State Academy at the Ironton Classic. Nate Hodge scored 20 points for Campbell (2-2), while Lester Hughes and Doriann Jones added 11 apiece. Germaine Sonrajit and Jerah’me Williams finished with 10 each. Campbell will play Largo (Md.) tonight at 7.
