TROUBLES CONTINUE

The troubles for former Attorney General Marc Dann didn’t end when he resigned. Among other problems he must deal with:

kOn Monday, State Auditor Mary Taylor will release the results of a special investigation she launched into allegations that Dann’s administration misused public funds.

kA complaint with the Ohio Elections Commission by the state watchdog last week accuses Dann of filing incomplete, inaccurate and false information about campaign expenditures.

kAnother complaint filed Thursday with the Ohio Elections Commission by Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner accuses Dann of misspending about $45,000 in campaign funds.
