West Middlesex man dies in vehicle-pedestrian accident in Vienna

VIENNA — A 47-year-old West Middlesex, Pa., man was killed at about 1:07 a.m. today while walking on state Route 82 here.

David H. Herrmann was struck while walking on the roadway eastbound, just west of state Route 11, said the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Herrmann was pronounced dead at the scene.

Jonas W. Cunningham Jr., 38, of Warren, was driving the pickup truck that hit Herrmann. Cunningham was not injured. The patrol continues its investigation.
