NILES COUNCIL Highlights

Niles City Council, meeting in regular session Wednesday, took the following actions:

Approved a temporary resolution appropriating funds for city operations for the first three months of 2009. Council’s finance committee is reviewing departmental budget requests.

Approved authorization for Mayor Ralph Infante to execute a revolving loan fund agreement with the State of Ohio for use of Community Development Block Grant Funds.

Approved fund transfers to supplement several city departmental accounts.
