A Nov. 30 story with the headline “Luxury apartments detail heart-of-city location” said that the Frangos Group of Cleveland had received $3.1 million in federal and state grants to help pay for the $8.3 million renovation of the Realty Building in downtown Youngstown.

Frangos has been approved for the grants but won’t receive them until the rehabilitation of the building is completed to the satisfaction of federal and state agencies.
