WARM-HEARTED: Members of Niles Chapter of the American Sewing Guild embellished 59 sweatshirts as a holiday season community service project designed to benefit residents at women’s shelters in the area. Jennie Roberts, chapter president, at left, presented 29 sweatshirts to Patricia Porter, director of Someplace Safe on Tod Avenue, Warren. The remaining shirts were donated to the Beatitude House in Youngstown.
