The Youngstown Police Department’s Crime Suppression Unit is asking for the public’s help in finding five fugitives:

Jalyn Holmes, 21, obstructing justice

Shana Starks, 24, theft

James Allen, 27, breaking and entering

David Wright, 24, breaking and entering

James Anderson, 19, intimidation of a witness.
