Turner picks Buckeyes

YOUNGSTOWN — Ursuline High defensive end Jamel Turner, a junior, made a verbal commitment to attend Ohio State University.

Turner announced his decision on Tuesday afternoon.

“I think that I’ve known ever since my sophomore season that Ohio State is where I wanted to go,” the all-state player said.
