Homebuilders group sets open house at new office
AUSTINTOWN — The Homebuilders/Remodelers Association of Mahoning Valley will hold an open house from noon to 5 p.m. Thursday at its new office at 5121 Mahoning Ave., near state Route 11. Members and the public are welcome.
Joshua Aikens, HBA executive director, said the office was moved from Boardman because the new location is more centrally located for members. The HBA had been located in Austintown before moving to Boardman. Aikens noted that members often are in Austintown because it is home to the Mahoning County building inspection and health departments.
