Monday's Best Bets on TV

“Cat Dancers” (8 p.m., HBO): “Cat Dancers” has nothing to do with little Tabby in a tutu. It’s a documentary about the sole survivor of a trio who once performed with big cats. His partners were both killed by a tiger in 1998. Warning: This could turn you into a dog person.

“Two and a Half Men” (9 p.m., CBS): Charlie Sheen’s real-life brother, Emilio Estevez, guest-stars on “Two and a Half Men.” He plays Charlie’s old womanizing friend, whose death makes Charlie take a hard look at his own reckless lifestyle.

“White House Tours by Presidents and First Ladies” (9 p.m., C-SPAN): “White House Tours by Presidents and First Ladies.” First lady Laura Bush gives viewers a present-day behind-the-scenes look. In addition, you’ll see the never-before-aired “President’s House,” filmed in 1968 with Lady Bird Johnson; the first televised tour of the White House with President Harry Truman in 1952; and Jackie Kennedy’s historic 1962 White House tour.
