LOVE IN GLOVES

LOVE IN GLOVES: The Youngstown Campus of National College contributed 400 hats, scarves, mittens and gloves to the “gLove” Our World One Heart at a Time Campaign. The concept is “Our gloved hands will gLove the community.” The items, which were donated on Dec. 3, were given to Sojourner House and Someplace Safe, two area domestic violence agencies, as well as the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley. In the back, from left to right, are Tim Philibin, campus director; Veronica Zurcher, director of health care education; Pat Porter, Someplace Safe executive director; Samantha Rivalsky, admissions representative; and Stacie Dziak, student activities council president; and, in front, Margot Dean, medical assisting student; Alicia L. Peigowski, Someplace Safe development specialist; Audrey Walker from Sojourner House; Kysha Martin, surgical technology student; and Charlotte Walker, surgical technology director.
