• POLAND — The exchange of nuptial vows took place during a 3:30 p.m. ceremony on Nov. 15 as Kirsten R. Nash of Austintown, a daughter of Larry Nash and Gwenith Nash, both of Pennsylvania, and Christopher T. Thompson of Austintown, a son of Barbara Summerlin of Cornersburg, were united in marriage at Poland United Methodist Church.
The Rev. Michael Block officiated at the wedding, and a reception took place afterward at Alberini’s in Niles.
The couple spent their honeymoon in Cancun, Mexico, and live in Austintown.
For her wedding, the bride chose a sleeveless ivory Italian silk floor-length gown.
Dana Block of Philadelphia served as the bride’s honor attendant, and performing the duties of best man for the groom was James Litwin of Canfield.
The groom, a nurse anesthetist, is the owner of Mahoning Valley Anesthesia in Youngstown, where the bride is also a nurse anesthetist.
