Yo. Christian cruises past WR Academy

YOUNGSTOWN — Victor Shaw scored 15 points, making four 3-pointers, to lead Youngstown Christian to a 65-29 victory over Western Reserve Academy in a boys basketball game Thursday night.

Anthony Walker and Caleb Yanno added nine points each for the Eagles (3-1), who lead 18-9 after one quarter and 36-20 at halftime. Shaw had eight points at the intermission.

Riley Pratt led Western Reserve Academy with six points.
