• BOARDMAN — Kathleen Marie Britt, a daughter of Ronald and Mary Ellen Britt, 553 E. Kline St., Girard, and Eugene Joseph Schneider, Bradford Drive, Canfield, a son of the late Eugene and Mary Catherine Schneider, were united in marriage at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 4 at St. Charles Church.

The Rev. Matt Mankowski officiated and was assisted by the Revs. Philip Rogers and Shawn Conoboy.

The couple were honored during a reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Hall in Youngstown before leaving for Nassau in the Bahamas. Upon return, they live in Canfield.

The bride’s white organza gown featured a V-neckline, dropped waist and semicathedral train accented with ruffles and crystals.

Honor attendants were the bride’s sisters, Colleen Scott and Christine Criscione, and bridesmaids were the groom’s sister, Jennifer Marshall; Dana Prologa; Debbie Huck; and Allison Price. They wore espresso-colored gowns. Flower girls were Caroline Criscione, her niece, and Lindsay Marshall, his niece.

Doug Burdette was best man, and groomsmen were Joseph Criscione and Bernard Scott, the bride’s brothers-in-law; Chris Marshall, the groom’s brother-in-law; Kevin Burdette; and Marty Fergus.

The bride, a teacher at St. Charles School, graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in education. The groom attended Kent State University and is a sales associate with Baird Bros. Sawmill in Canfield.
