• CAMPBELL — On July 26, Jolin Mazias, a daughter of Joseph and Linda Mazias, 7038 Killdeer Drive, Canfield, and Todd Jackson, a son of Steve and Sharon Jackson of Marietta, N.Y., were married at 3 p.m. by the Rev. Michael Swierz at St. Joseph the Provider Church.
A reception followed at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center in Youngstown. They live in Ithaca, N.Y., after a honeymoon at Riviera Maya, Mexico.
The bride’s strapless ivory sheath gown featured a beaded lace bodice, dropped waistline and a tiered skirt.
Katie Carey, the honor attendant, wore a kiwi-green gown, as did the bridesmaids, Erica Donahue, Renee Knepper, McKenzie Ogrodnik and Carrie Playforth. Flower girl was the groom’s niece, Norah Jackson.
The duties of best man were performed by Patrick Budion, and serving as groomsmen were the bride’s brother, Joseph Mazias Jr.; the groom’s brothers, Brian and Scott Jackson; and Joel Sanderson. Ring bearers were the groom’s nephews, Nolan Jackson and William Pellock.
The bride graduated from the American University in Washington with a bachelor’s degree psychology and earned her master’s in school psychology at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She is employed at Ithaca Childcare Community Center.
The groom, director of intramural sports at Cornell University in Ithaca, earned a master’s degree in education at the University of Connecticut in Storrs, Conn.
