A summary of recent criminal activity in Poland:

Dec. 4

Theft/criminal damaging: A township woman at the Poland Municipal Forest on College Street discovered someone had broken her vehicle’s passenger-side window before stealing her purse.

Dec. 5

Identity theft: A Girard woman alleged her sister used the accuser’s identity during a traffic stop near state Route 616 and Hill Drive.

Misuse of a credit card: A Nesbitt Street woman discovered $67 had been removed from her debit card account and used to make a purchase at a California restaurant.

Dec. 6

Arrests: Police issued summonses to a Boardman woman, 40, and a Youngstown man, 43, charging them with public indecency after the two were accused of engaging in inappropriate behavior in a vehicle at a West McKinley Way business.
