• YOUNGSTOWN — Amy Michelle Lee Barone and John Mazzucco, both of 245 S. Lincoln St., Denver, were married in a 5 p.m. ceremony on Sept. 27 at Butler North Church.

The couple were honored afterward during a reception at the Butler Institute of American Art.

The bride is a daughter of James G. and Brenda White Barone of Sharon, Pa., and Carol J. Rastaedt of Liberty. The groom is a son of John M. Mazzucco of Struthers and the late Susan E. Mazzucco.

Enhanced with embroidery, the bride’s strapless gown featured a corset back, a tiered chiffon skirt and a chapel train. She held a bouquet of plum and deep-red roses and dahlias.

Serving as her honor attendants were Erin Iacino and Nancy Wyllie, and bridesmaids were Christine Roddy; Renee Salata; Greta Glennellen; Chiyoko Barone, the bride’s sister-in-law; and the groom’s sister, Carrie Mazzucco. Junior bridesmaid was Nadia Wyllie. They wore gowns in a variety of colors. A soft pink gown was worn by the flower girl, Naomi Wyllie.

The duties of best man were performed by the groom’s father, and groomsmen were John Yuhas, Frank Tomascino, Robert Wyllie, James Haynes and the bride’s brother, Jason Barone. Junior groomsman was Aidan Dudash.

The bride, who is retaining her maiden name, is an artist, specialty painter and bartender in Denver. The groom performs as a one-man band, The Limbs, and is a landscape design artist and landscaper in Colorado.
