Town hall meeting for Youngstown 3rd Ward residents

YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown Councilman Jamael Tito Brown will hold a town hall meeting for residents of the city’s 3rd Ward at 6 p.m. Thursday at the Park Vista Gathering Room, 1216 Fifth Ave. Various department heads will answer questions from the ward’s residents, said Brown, D-3rd. The meeting will focus, he said, on crime and safety; housing, and community improvements.
