Fire from trash bin causes $10,000 damage

AUSTINTOWN — Discarded cigarette butts started a fire in a large trash container behind 173 N. Navarre Ave. around 3:30 p.m. Sunday and flames spread to the house, the fire department said.

No injuries were reported. Damage was estimated at $10,000.
