• BOARDMAN — The Nov. 1 wedding of Tiffany Lynn Markovicz, 6811 Lockwood Blvd., and Jose Rafael Parra, Montgomery Boulevard, Albuquerque, N.M., was solemnized at 10:30 a.m. by Pastor Dale Crum at St. James Meeting House in Boardman Township Park.

The daughter of Sussie and Casimir Markovicz, 4014 Bob-O-Link Drive, Youngstown, and son of Cecilia Garcia of Gallup, N.M., were honored during a reception at A La Cart Catering in Canfield.

Upon return from a wedding trip to Florida, the couple live at the Lockwood Boulevard address.

Metallic beading enhanced the bride’s halter-style gown, and the skirt featured pickups and flowed into a chapel train.

Pool blue gowns were worn by the bride’s sister and honor attendant, Julie Canacci, and the bridesmaids, Sheila Mashburn; Jessica Katsaras; and her cousins, Jessica Szenborn and Jennifer Rich. Flower girl was Natalie Canacci, her niece.

Anthony Trunkhill was best man, and groomsmen were Matt Mcdonald; Anthony Canacci, the bride’s brother-in-law; Dan Szenborn, her cousin; and John Malonis. Ring bearer was her nephew, Anthony Canacci Jr.

The bride is serving with the U.S. Marine Corps at Vienna, and is employed at Stump Tumble Cheer Academy in Boardman while attending Youngstown State University. The groom is employed in sales with AT&T and is a member of the U.S. Marine Corps at Albuquerque.
