“Community Connection” (6:30 a.m., WFMJ Channel 21): JABALI!, an annual event at Youngstown State University, will be the show’s main focus. Dr. Victor Wan TaTah will join host Madonna Chism Pinkard to discuss the event and its speaker, Thomas Conley, president of the Greater Warren Youngstown Urban League. Next, Mike Iberis, executive director of the Second Harvest Food Bank, will discuss “Project Feed Our Valley” and give an update on the campaign from WFMJ Television. Also, Dr. Steven Toepfer from Kent State University, Salem Campus, will talk about a study he conducted about expressing gratefulness and how it affects individual happiness.
