• YOUNGSTOWN — Nuptial vows were exchanged at 4 p.m. Sept. 20 as Rebecca Ellen LaPaze and Timothy Michael Eyler, both of 6582 Bermuda Green Court, Alexandria, Va., were united in marriage by the Rev. David Shriver at Stambaugh Auditorium, where they were honored at a reception in the ballroom.

The daughter of Robert and Melanie LaPaze, 609 Wendemere Drive, Hubbard, and the son of Charles and Hedy Eyler, 19900 Bear Valley Lane, Porter Ranch, Calif., honeymooned at St. Maarten. They live at the Alexandria, Va., address.

The bride’s off-white gown was designed with a V-neckline and enhanced with lace and beading.

Sarah Herrholtz, the honor attendant, and the bridesmaids, Jamie Varde Steeg, Lindsay Randolph and Jill Eyler, wore brown dresses.

Lee Eyler was best man, and groomsmen were Dave Dragoo, Adam Smith and Matt Dunbar. Ushers were William and Andrew Tucciarone.

The bride earned a bachelor’s degree in English at Ohio State University and is pursuing a master’s in English at George Mason University in Fairfax, Va. She is a communications analyst with the Government Accountability Office in Washington. The groom is a national account manager with ADT Security Services Inc. in Alexandria. He holds a bachelor’s in communications from Ball State University and is pursuing a master’s in public policy at GMU.
