• YOUNGSTOWN — Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, was the honeymoon destination of Nicholas DeWalt, 9910 Bellhaven Ave., NW, Uniontown, and his bride, the former Hallie Neveu, 2622 Brunswick Road, following their Aug. 1 wedding at St. Christine Church.

The couple exchanged vows at 4 p.m. in the presence of Monsignor David Rhodes, and were honored during a reception at Avion on the Water, Canfield.

The bride is a daughter of Tom Neveu, also of 2622 Brunswick Road, and Diana Cinque of Philadelphia, Pa. Parents of the groom are Maryanne Shaw of Hartville and Dave DeWalt of Louisville.

The honor attendant was Kate Butler of Pittsburgh, and bridesmaids were Shawn Iman of Boardman; Marcy DeWalt of Cleveland, a sister of the groom; Becky Gaudiose of Chambersburg, Pa., and Kim Schwaub of Youngstown, the bride’s cousins; and Nikki Beall of Massillon. Flower girls were Emily Crump of Youngstown, the bride’s cousin, and Grace and Ruby DeWalt of North Canton, nieces of the groom.

Best man was Dave DeWalt of North Canton, the groom’s brother, and groomsmen were Todd Maletich of Atlanta, Ga.; Ryan Beall of Massillon; Jay Carmel of Akron; Brian Lovette of Canton, and the bride’s brother, Rob Snyder of Crawfordville, Fla. Ring bearer was the bride’s cousin, Jordan Schwaub of Youngstown.
