BREAKING: Police surround house after shooting

YOUNGSTOWN – Police have a house surrounded at this hour after a late-afternoon incident in which an undercover police car was shot at by unknown assailants.

Approximately eight marked and unmarked cars have surrounded a house at 745 W. LaClede Ave. and are calling for the occupants to come out.
