Two burglary rings
The status of criminal cases against five of the chief participants in two burglary rings uncovered by the Mahoning Valley Organized Crime Investigations Commission:
Bobby J. Mock, 39, of Austintown, convicted in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court on 16 charges related to a break-ins and thefts in the Youngstown area. He also was convicted on 44 charges in a separate indictment related to break-ins throughout the Mahoning Valley. His plea agreement calls for him to serve 10 years in prison altogether. He is in Mahoning County Jail awaiting sentencing.
Brian Bleggi, 41, of Black Oak Lane, Austintown, convicted on six counts of breaking and entering, seven of theft, two of receiving stolen property and one of participating in a pattern of corrupt activity. He was sentenced to four years in prison with the possibility of parole after two years.
Jason Kirkpatrick, 29, of Warren, convicted of 16 counts of breaking and entering and one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity. He was sentenced in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court to a 12-month residential faith-based treatment program in Detroit. He recently returned to Trumbull County Jail to be resentenced Jan. 8 for violating his probation.
Aaron Toole, 29, of Craig Street, Liberty, convicted on 15 counts of breaking and entering and one count of receiving stolen property and received a three-year prison term in Trumbull County Common Pleas Court.
James Hunsbarger, 28, of Adams Street, Campbell, convicted on two counts of breaking and entering and placed on two years’ probation in Mahoning Common Pleas Court.
